Thanks to everyone for participating in our community vote.  We are pleased to announce that both declaration
amendments were approved.  They will take effect upon filing with Harris County.  See below the details of both 
amendments.
 
Declaration Amendment for Additional Tree Options: 
Previously, only Live Oak trees were allowed for front yards.  This amendment adds the Lacey Oak or Mexican White Oak tree as options for front yards.  The amendment also gives the board the ability to grant a variance in regard to the types of trees that may be planted in the front yards of each lot if deemed appropriate.

Short Term Rental Restrictions: 
This amendment gives a 90 day minimum  for leasing agreements.  The purpose is to protect the community from problems associated with short term (nightly or weekly) rentals.
