Community Vote - Important Update
 
 
We have 2 declaration amendments that must be approved by over 50% in order to be ratified.  If you have not voted, please email our manager at with your name and address.  She will email you the online voting link and your unique code in order to vote online. Below is more info and the actual Declaration Amendments to be voted on.  
 
Voting may be done online, you should have received an email with the voting link.  If you have not received it, contact our manager with your name and address and request it.
 
If preferred, you may complete this paper ballot and scan and email to our manager.

 
Declaration Amendment for Additional Tree Options: 
The proposal in regards to trees must be voted on by each section, as shown in the documents below.  This amendment gives the board the ability to grant a variance in regard to the types of trees that may be planted in the front yards of each lot.  Currently, the Live Oak tree is the only variety that is allowed for the front yards.  As an added note, the declarations as written for Section 9-12 (Lake section) already  gives the Board the ability to provide a variance regarding front yard trees, so if you live in the Lake Section, you do not need to vote on this amendment.

Short Term Rental Restrictions: 
This proposal will be voted on community wide. This amendment gives a 90 day minimum  for leasing agreements.  The purpose is to protect the community from problems associated with short term (nightly or weekly) rentals.
